Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services offered by Lab of Virals (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at labofvirals.com. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Lab of Virals provides social media page management services including:

  • Licensed viral content curation and posting
  • Facebook Page management and optimization
  • Monetization setup and payout account management
  • Growth strategy and analytics reporting

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to manage the Facebook Pages you provide to us
  • Comply with Meta’s Terms of Service and Community Standards
  • Provide accurate and complete information

3. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Grant us the necessary access and permissions to manage your Facebook Pages
  • Ensure your Facebook Pages comply with Meta’s monetization policies
  • Not engage in any activity that violates Meta’s Platform Terms or Community Standards
  • Keep your login credentials and access tokens secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your accounts

4. Facebook Page Access

You authorize Lab of Virals to:

  • Access and manage your Facebook Pages on your behalf
  • Post content, manage comments, and monitor analytics
  • Configure monetization and payout settings as agreed
  • Use Facebook’s API and tools to deliver our services

This access is limited strictly to what is required to provide the agreed services. You retain full ownership of your Facebook Pages at all times.

5. Revenue and Payments

  • All Facebook monetization revenue is received directly through your Facebook account
  • Revenue sharing terms will be agreed upon separately in writing before services begin
  • Lab of Virals service fees are due as per the agreed payment schedule
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy as communicated at time of purchase

6. Content and Licensing

  • All video content posted by Lab of Virals is fully licensed from trusted providers including Jukin Media, Newsflare, ViralHog, and Bviral
  • Content is 100% copyright-cleared and safe for Facebook monetization
  • You agree not to repurpose or redistribute the licensed content outside of the agreed platforms

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • We will remove our access to your Facebook Pages within 48 hours
  • Any outstanding payments remain due
  • Confidential information of both parties must be kept private

8. Limitation of Liability

Lab of Virals is not responsible for:

  • Actions taken by Meta/Facebook that affect your Page, including demonetization or restrictions
  • Loss of revenue due to changes in Facebook’s monetization policies
  • Interruptions to service caused by Facebook’s platform or API changes
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results including follower growth, revenue amounts, or monetization approval. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lab of Virals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lab of Virals operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal action.
